Set up your organization profile and branding
Add your organization's name, contact details, logo, and colors so your account reflects your brand. A complete profile makes the platform feel like your own, keeps subscriber-facing details consistent, and gives Authors a shared set of brand assets to reuse across every Edition.
Before you begin
- You need an admin role that can edit account or organization settings.
- Have your legal organization name and a valid postal (mailing) address ready — many regions require a physical address in the footer of a Broadcast.
- Prepare a logo file (a transparent PNG usually looks best) and your brand's primary hex color codes.
- Confirm a reply-to or contact email address that subscribers can reach.
- Look for the organization or account settings area, typically under an admin or settings menu (confirm the exact steps in your account).
Steps
- Open your account settings and go to the organization profile section.
- Enter your organization's display name and the postal address used in compliance footers.
- Add contact details — a public contact email and, if used, a support or reply-to address.
- Upload your logo. Use a high-resolution image; the platform typically scales it for different placements.
- Set your brand colors by entering the hex codes for your primary and accent colors so they are available when Authors build an Edition.
- Save your changes, then check any preview the settings screen offers.
Result
Your organization name, address, and contact details now appear in the appropriate account and subscriber-facing areas, and your logo and colors are available as shared brand assets. Send yourself a test Broadcast to confirm the footer address, logo, and colors render correctly.
