Set up a newsletter hub
A newsletter hub is a hosted web page that collects your published Broadcasts in one place, so subscribers can browse current and past issues without digging through their inbox. This guide walks you through creating a hub and connecting your Editions to it.
Before you begin
- A Folder (Project Folder) that holds the Editions you want to publish to the hub.
- At least one Broadcast that has already been sent, or an Edition ready to publish.
- Permission to create microsites or hosted experiences in your account (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Optional: your brand logo, colors, and a page title to keep the hub on-brand.
Steps
- Open the microsites/experiences area and create a new hub (hosted page). Give it a clear name and, if prompted, a URL slug.
- Choose the Folder whose Editions should feed the hub. New Broadcasts from that Folder can then appear automatically.
- Apply branding — logo, colors, header text, and a short description that tells subscribers what the hub is for.
- Select which Editions to display and set their order (for example, newest first). You can usually feature or pin a key issue.
- Set visibility — public, or restricted so only signed-in subscribers can view it. If you require sign-in, confirm your SSO or Microsoft Entra ID settings.
- Preview the hub, then publish it to make the URL live. (Confirm the exact publish steps in your account.)
Result
Opening the hub's URL shows your published Editions in the order you set, with your branding applied. Newly sent Broadcasts from the connected Folder appear on the hub according to your display rules. Share the URL in emails, on your intranet, or in your email signature.
