Customize a site's branding and layout
Apply your logo, colors, theme, and layout to a Microsite so it matches your organization's identity and feels like a natural extension of your Editions.
Before you begin
- Make sure you have edit access to the Microsite you want to style.
- Gather your brand assets: a logo file (ideally a transparent PNG or SVG), your primary and secondary color hex values, and any web font details.
- Know which theme or starting template the site currently uses — branding options can vary by theme (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- If your logo or fonts are hosted externally, have those URLs ready.
Steps
- Open the Microsite and switch to its design or settings area, then find the branding (theme) options (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Upload your logo and set where it appears (header, footer, favicon). Provide alt text so the logo is accessible.
- Set your color palette — typically a primary color, an accent color, and background/text colors. Paste hex values to match your brand exactly.
- Choose a theme or layout preset that fits your content, then adjust structural options such as header style, navigation, content width, and footer.
- Apply your typography — select or upload the font families for headings and body text, and confirm sizes remain readable on small screens.
- Preview the site on both desktop and mobile widths to check contrast, spacing, and logo placement.
- Save your changes, then publish or update the site when you're satisfied.
Result
The Microsite now displays your logo, colors, fonts, and chosen layout. Open the live URL on desktop and mobile to confirm the branding renders correctly and links back to your other content look consistent.
