Sending Campaigns
Sending is where a finished Edition becomes a Broadcast that goes out to your subscribers. Come here when an Edition is ready to leave the Folder and reach an audience — whether you want to send it now, schedule it for later, or route it through approval first.
What you can do here
- Send an Edition as a Broadcast to a chosen list or Folder of subscribers.
- Send a test copy to yourself or reviewers before the real send.
- Schedule a Broadcast for a future time, or set it to recur.
- Run an A/B split test on subject lines or content, then send the winner.
- Deliver by recipient timezone or at an optimized send time.
- Apply suppression and route Broadcasts through an approval workflow.

How To
- Send an Edition as a Broadcast — Turn a finished Edition into a Broadcast and send it out immediately.
- Select the Audience at Send Time — Choose which lists or Folders of recipients a Broadcast will go to when you send.
- Send a Test Before You Broadcast — Send a test copy of an Edition to yourself or reviewers to check it before the real send.
- Schedule a Broadcast for Later — Set a Broadcast to go out automatically at a future date and time.
- Set Up a Recurring Broadcast — Configure a Broadcast to repeat on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
- Set Up an A/B Split Test — Test subject lines or content variations against part of your audience and send the winner to the rest.
- Send by Recipient Timezone or Optimized Time — Deliver a Broadcast at each recipient's local time or at the send time predicted to perform best.
- Apply Suppression to a Broadcast — Exclude specific recipients by applying suppression lists so a Broadcast skips them.
- Submit a Broadcast for Approval — Send a scheduled Broadcast into the approval workflow so a reviewer signs off before it goes out.
- Review and Approve a Broadcast — As an approver, review a pending Broadcast and approve or reject it before it sends.
- Edit or Cancel a Scheduled Broadcast — Change the settings of a scheduled Broadcast or cancel it before it sends.
- Find, Duplicate, and Reuse Past Broadcasts — No page on locating, copying, or archiving previously sent Broadcasts - a frequent everyday task once a customer is live.
