Set Up a Recurring Broadcast

Configure a Broadcast to repeat on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule so the same Edition goes out automatically without manual resends — ideal for daily digests, weekly newsletters, or monthly summaries.

Before you begin

  • A finished Edition in your Folder that is ready to send (content proofed, links checked).
  • A subscriber audience that stays current, so each run reaches the right people. Recurring sends work best against a dynamic list or query that refreshes between runs.
  • Confirmed sender details and any required approvals for the Folder.
  • Your account's time zone in mind — schedules run in the account time zone. (Confirm the exact steps in your account.)

Steps

  1. Open the Edition you want to repeat and start the scheduling flow as you would for a normal Broadcast.
  2. Choose the recurring (repeat) option instead of a one-time send. (The exact control name may differ in your account.)
  3. Set the frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly — and the specific day(s) and send time.
  4. Set a start date and, if you want the series to end, an end date or occurrence limit. Leave it open-ended to run until you stop it.
  5. Confirm the audience is a dynamic list/query so new and changed subscribers are picked up on each run.
  6. Review the summary, then save and activate the schedule.

Result

The Broadcast is scheduled and will send automatically at each interval. You can see the series and upcoming runs in your scheduled/sent view, and pause, edit, or cancel future occurrences at any time. Each run reports separately, so you can compare performance across sends.
