View Survey Results

Once a survey-carrying Edition has gone out as a Broadcast, subscribers begin submitting answers. This page shows how to read the aggregated response summary and export individual responses for deeper analysis.

Before you begin

  • The survey must be part of an Edition that has already been sent as a Broadcast — results only start accumulating after delivery.
  • You need access to the reporting area for that Broadcast in your account (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  • Give responses time to arrive; totals update as subscribers open the email and answer.
  • To match answers back to specific people, confirm your survey was configured to capture identified (not anonymous) responses before sending.

Steps

  1. Open the sent Broadcast and go to its reporting or results view.
  2. Locate the survey results section for the question set you want to review.
  3. Read the aggregated view to see per-question totals and percentages — for example, how many subscribers chose each answer option.
  4. Switch to the individual responses view to see each subscriber's answers alongside their identity (where captured).
  5. Filter or sort responses if needed — for instance, by answer choice or submission date (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  6. To analyze offline, use the export option to download individual responses, typically as a CSV file.

Result

You can see how many subscribers answered each question, how the answers break down by option, and — for identified surveys — which subscriber gave which response. The exported file contains one row per response, ready to open in a spreadsheet or load into another tool.
