Create a content collection

A collection groups related Posts and Pages so subscribers can browse them together — for example a newsletter archive, a campaign hub, or a series of help articles. This page shows an Author how to create one and add content to it.

Before you begin

  • Confirm you have permission to author microsite content in your account.
  • Have the Posts and Pages you want to include already drafted or published, or be ready to create them as you go.
  • Decide on a clear name and, if your account uses them, the topics or tags you'll apply so items sort correctly (confirm the exact steps in your account).

Steps

  1. Open the microsites (experiences) area and go to where collections are managed.
  2. Choose to create a new collection.
  3. Give the collection a descriptive name and, optionally, a short summary that explains what it groups.
  4. Add content by selecting the Posts and Pages you want to include. You can usually add existing items or create new ones directly in the collection (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  5. Arrange the items in the order subscribers should see them.
  6. Set the collection's visibility or publish state so it appears where you intend (for example on a landing page or topic index).
  7. Save your changes.

Result

The collection appears in your list of collections with the Posts and Pages you added. Open its public view to confirm the title, order, and included items look correct to a subscriber.
