Publish and Share a Landing Page
Publishing turns your draft landing page into a live, publicly reachable page and gives you a shareable link (URL) you can put in Editions, SMS messages, social posts, or QR codes for your subscribers.
Before you begin
- Finish and preview the landing page so the layout, links, and any forms behave as expected.
- Confirm every personalization token and call-to-action resolves correctly in preview.
- Check that you have permission to publish in the Folder where the page lives — some accounts restrict publishing to admins. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
- Decide whether the page should be publicly visible or gated, and whether any custom domain applies.
Steps
- Open the landing page from its Project Folder and run a final preview.
- Choose the publish action (often labelled Publish or Go Live). (confirm the exact steps in your account)
- Review any publish options — for example the page slug/URL, custom domain, and visibility — then confirm.
- When publishing completes, copy the generated shareable link from the confirmation or the page's properties.
- Add the link where your audience will see it — an Edition button, an SMS message, or a QR code — and send a quick test to yourself first.
Result
The page is live at its shareable URL and opens correctly for anyone with the link. Re-publishing after edits updates the same URL, so links you have already shared keep working. If the page has a form, submissions now flow into your account.
