Add a signup form to your website or microsite
Once you have built a signup form, you can publish it so visitors can subscribe from your own website or from a microsite you host on the platform. You have two options: embed the form directly in a page, or link out to a hosted version of it.
Before you begin
- A published, active signup form. Draft or unpublished forms will not accept subscriptions.
- Confirm which audience or list new subscribers should be added to, so they land in the right place.
- Decide where the form should live: your own website (embed or link) or a microsite.
- If you are embedding on your own site, you may need a developer to paste a snippet into the page HTML.
- (Confirm the exact steps in your account.)
Steps
- Open the signup form you want to publish and make sure it is set to active/published.
- Locate the form's share or publish options and choose how you want to distribute it:
- Embed — copy the provided snippet and paste it into the HTML of the target page on your website.
- Link — copy the hosted form URL to use in navigation, buttons, emails, or social posts.
- To add it to a microsite, open the microsite page in the editor and insert the form (embed snippet or linked button) where you want it to appear.
- Set the confirmation experience (thank-you message or redirect) and any double opt-in behavior if your account uses it.
- Save and publish the page, then submit a test subscription to check the end-to-end flow.
Result
Visitors can subscribe from your site or microsite, and new subscribers appear in the audience you selected. Confirm a test signup shows up in your audience and, if enabled, that the confirmation email is delivered.
