Export report data
Download report figures as a spreadsheet so you can analyze results in your own tools, combine them with other data, or keep an archived record after a Broadcast.
Before you begin
- Make sure you can open the report you want to export — for example the summary for a specific Broadcast, or an aggregate report across a Folder or date range.
- Decide what you need: a high-level summary (opens, clicks, delivered, bounces) or a detailed row-per-subscriber list of activity.
- Confirm you have permission to view subscriber-level detail. Some accounts restrict recipient-identifying data to certain roles.
- Know where downloads land on your device, and have a spreadsheet app (or CSV-capable tool) ready to open the file.
Steps
- Open the report you want to export and apply any filters or date range first, so the export reflects exactly what you see on screen.
- Find the export or download action for that report — usually an Export, Download, or menu option near the top of the report (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Choose a format if prompted. CSV is the most portable for further analysis; a spreadsheet format may preserve formatting. For subscriber-level data, expect a row-per-recipient file.
- Confirm the export. Large or detailed exports may be prepared in the background and delivered as a download link or email when ready.
- Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet tool and verify the columns and row counts match the on-screen report.
Result
You have a spreadsheet of the report's figures on your device. The totals in the file should match the report you exported from; subscriber-level exports will list one row per recipient action. You can now analyze, chart, or archive the data outside the platform.
