See your top-clicked links
Find out which links in a Broadcast drew the most clicks and how engagement was spread across the Edition. A top-clicked links (or "click map") view ranks every tracked URL by how many subscribers clicked it, so you can see which calls to action, articles, or images earned the most attention.
Before you begin
- The Edition must have been sent as a Broadcast, and link tracking must have been enabled when it went out. Newly sent Broadcasts may take a short while to accumulate click data.
- You need access to the Folder (Project Folder) that contains the Edition.
- Decide whether you care about total clicks (every click counts) or unique clicks (one per subscriber) — most link reports let you switch between the two. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
Steps
- Open the Folder that holds the Broadcast, and select the Edition you want to analyze.
- Open its reporting or results view for that Broadcast.
- Choose the links, clicks, or click-map report. This lists each tracked URL alongside its click count. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
- Sort by clicks (highest first) to rank your top-clicked links. If available, toggle between total and unique clicks to match your goal.
- Optionally filter by link, segment, or time window to see how engagement was spread, and export the table if you need it for a report.
Result
You see a ranked list of the links in the Edition, ordered by how many subscribers clicked each one — your top performers at the top. Use this to judge which content and calls to action resonated, and to plan the next Broadcast.
